Hutchison Ports Stockholm has permissions for both temporary storage and a customs warehouse.

All inbound units will be placed in temporary storage, there they are allowed to remain for 90 days after discharge date.

Export

Hutchison Ports Stockholm is an Approved Place of Export and below information should be used in export declarations from Hutchison Ports Stockholm following the new export system (AES) starting 1^st October 2024.

Goods location code and IG: No are correct.
Container number is entered correctly without any spaces or hyphen.
The correct no of packages and cargo weight is registered.

Yes, when one container has multiple customs declarations, we will handle it manually to ensure that Swedish Customs requirements are met. If you have a container with combined goods you can send relevant information to customs@hutchisonportsstockholm.se in advance to make sure process is completed as quick as possible and container is released.

Units can be delivered to the terminal at any time up until gate closing for the loading voyage. The terminal does not handle export declarations, for any questions please contact the Swedish Customs or freight agent.
