We’re Hiring: Dock Workers!

Are you looking for a physically active job where you can work outdoors and be part of a fast-paced terminal environment? We are looking for Dock Workers to join our team and help ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling!

About the Role

As a Dock Worker, you will take on various hands-on tasks that require strength, endurance, and teamwork. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, operating heavy machinery, and handling cargo. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating straddle carriers, reach stackers, forklifts, and terminal tractors.

Performing container loading/unloading and twistlock handling.

Conducting pre-use function checks on all equipment.

Working onboard vessels for hatch base operations and cargo tallying.

Collaborating with crane operators, truck drivers, onboard personnel, and planners.

Maintaining safety, organization, and equipment care.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

16+ years old and compulsory education.

Physically fit and enjoys active, outdoor work that requires strength and endurance.

Relevant experience in terminal, logistics, or heavy machinery operations.

Languages: Strong English skills and excellent Swedish proficiency for safe communication via radio.

Basic computer skills for logging tasks and following operational procedures.

Good to Have

Experience operating straddle carriers, reach stackers, forklifts, and terminal tractors.

Port crane operator license (K3).

Previous experience as a dock worker.
